To address the problems in the current process of enterprise informationalization, this paper systematically discusses the relationship between business management and IT governance and focuses on the analysis of enterprise IT governance model. It puts forward the goal of enterprise IT governance and architecture. And based on this, it proposes the enterprise IT governance framework for building methods.
