    摘要:

    根据汽车实际道路试验的需要,设计并开发了一套能够实现油耗测量和车速检测的智能化系统.该系统利用计算机以太网端口创建虚拟串口,并选用RS-485通讯方式,以提高串口效率.另外,为了实现对汽车综合性能试验的实时监控,采用VC++6.0对串口进行编程,设计软件操作界面,实时接收并显示下位机检测的数据.实车试验结果表明:在综合考虑了成本的前提下,此油耗测量和车速检测系统测量手段先进可靠,测量精度高.

    Abstract:

    According to the need of vehicle roadway test, a fuel consumption measuring and velocity testing intelligent system was designed and realized. This system used the ethernet port of the computer to create virtual serial ports and chosen RS-485 Means of communication in order to improve the efficiency of serial ports. Besides, for the sake of achieving the real-time monitoring of automobile comprehensive performance tests, this paper programmed on serial ports based on VC++6.0, and designed the software operation interfacefor receiving and displaying the data real-timely, which were measured by the lower computer. The experimental results of the real vehicle showed that fuel consumption measuring and velocity testing intelligent system had the advanced and reliable measurement method as well as the high accuracyon the premise of considering the cost.
