This paper realizes a module which can convert almost all formats of current video files to files of flv format which can be played on the Web pages timingly, automaticly and batchingly. Firstly, it introduces current main video formats, along with Mencoder and Ffmpeg components. Secondly, it introduces the workflow design of this module. Finally, the paper introduces function realization of its submodules, and matters we should pay attention to in practical applications.
