The increasing enterprise competition and rapid changes of market demand make the supply chain businesses’ requirements for sharing the information increasingly urgent. From the perspective of information system, this paper will design corresponding function modules according to retail enterprises’ operating features with Petri nets tool and ultimately form an information sharing platform model for retail enterprises and their suppliers based on Petri nets, hoping to provide retail enterprises some references about information sharing platform construction, especially large enterprises like supermarkets.
