介绍了通过第三代移动通信技术(3G)和视频监控技术的应用,实现对卷烟市场执法的远程监控,对执法证据的远程保存,对执法过程中突发事件和卷烟稽查大要案进行远程指挥的系统解决方案.重点阐述了该系统的系统架构及实现方法

Abstract:

Through application of 3G technology and video surveillance technology, this paper realizes such functions as remote monitoring of the tobacco Law Enforcement official and remote preserving of evidence for law enforcement and remote commanding of tobacco monopoly cases. It analyzes the system architecture and its realization in detail.
