The whole life-cycle automatic animation technique is that making the story written in some limited natural language to be a 3D animation cartoon automatically. We use this technique in automatic generation of mobile phones animation system. As an importimportant part of automatic generation of mobile phones animation system, the deforming system can make the animation more vivid by deforming the objects in the animation. It was made up of qualitative layer and quantitative layer, which we will introduce in this article.
