This article researches how to apply EVM to manufacture time management system in mechanical workshop. To complied WBS and CBS that apply with the parameters and index of EVM based on the theory of EVM gives basic parameters and important index and the analysis process of manufacture time management system in mechanical workshop,Collecting requesting data with the help of the theory in the existing data of manufacture time management, to further structure the creditability and efficiency of the index IPI. The manufacture time management system based on the theory of EVM is more accurate and faster to reflect the condition of product in workshop.
