中文摘要: 中间色兑中间色高速套印是高端印刷行业中的主流工艺. 然而, 中间色的多样性, 如亮光、暗光、反光、哑光等, 为多滚筒的套准识别增添了难度. 针对该问题, 本文提出了一种基于光电传感检测的套准控制方法. 该方法通过分析印刷过程中光电传感检测到的时间序列, 自动推导并识别色标的波形特征, 精确计算各滚筒色标间的距离, 生成调整脉冲进行误差在线调节. 通过在装饰纸四色印刷机上进行实验验证, 本文设计的方法能适应不同的中间色色带检测和识别, 套准控制精确, 检测响应时间可达400 μs, 满足300 m/min高速印刷需求. 该研究可为高速多色印刷的套准控制提供有效技术参考.
Abstract:High-speed overprinting of intermediate colors onto intermediate colors is a mainstream process in the high-end printing industry. However, the diversity of intermediate colors, including gloss, low gloss, reflective, and matte finishes, increases the complexity of registration recognition in multi-cylinder systems. To address this challenge, this study proposes a registration control method based on photoelectric sensor detection. The proposed method analyzes the time series detected by photoelectric sensors during the printing process to automatically infer and identify the waveform characteristics of color marks. The distances between color marks on different cylinders are precisely calculated, and adjustment pulses are generated for real-time error correction. Experimental verification is performed on a four-color printing press for decorative paper. The proposed method demonstrates the ability to handle the detection and recognition of various intermediate color bands, achieving precise registration control. The detection response time reaches 400 μs, meeting the high-speed printing requirements of 300 m/min. This study provides an effective technical reference for registration control in high-speed multi-color printing.
