中文摘要: 传统的情感模型存在多种瓶颈, 如情感类型简单或情感建模不符合真实人类情感导致模型输出固化. 为解决这一难题, 提出一种以普拉奇克情绪轮(Plutchik’s wheel of emotions, PWE)为模型的情感交互系统, 针对不同情感类型设置不同的刺激与衰减模块. 该框架是在整合三模态特征的基础上, 通过低秩多模融合(low-rank multimodal fusion, LMF)进行模态拼接, 实现了7类情绪的实时识别. 通过PWE映射以及输入端不断刺激心境, 实现情感的不断更新. 将情感反馈到DeepSeek的Transformer层中进行内部情感参数以及外部超参数的动态调整, 实现人格化情感对话. 为了验证这一方法的可行性, 设计并验证了一系列实验, 结果表明在情绪映射的准确性和DeepSeek输出的满意度分别达到了78%和84%.
Abstract:Traditional emotion models face multiple bottlenecks, such as simple emotion types or emotion modeling that is not aligned with real human emotions, resulting in fixed model outputs. To this end, this study proposes an emotion interaction system based on the Plutchik’s wheel of emotions (PWE), setting different stimulation and attenuation modules for different emotion types. Built on the integration of three-modal features, this framework performs modality concatenation by low-rank multimodal fusion (LMF), achieving real-time recognition of seven types of emotions. By PWE mapping and continuous stimulation of moods at the input, the continuous update on emotions is realized. The emotional feedback is sent to Transformer layer of DeepSeek for dynamic adjustment of internal emotional parameters and external hyperparameters, enabling personalized emotional dialog. A series of experiments is designed and conducted to verify the feasibility of this method. The results show that the accuracy of emotion mapping and satisfaction with DeepSeek outputs reach 78% and 84% respectively.
