中文摘要: 基于生成对抗网络(GAN)的图像隐写算法能自动学习嵌入代价函数并提升安全性, 已成为隐写技术研究热点. 然而, 现有算法未能充分考虑相邻嵌入像素之间的相互影响以及隐写操作对图像纹理特征的破坏, 限制了算法的安全性上限. 为了解决上述问题, 本文提出一种基于自适应纹理扰动最小化的非对称代价学习算法AATPM. 首先, 设计邻域集成奖励修正策略, 通过考虑图像子块内的像素修改生成奖励修正系数矩阵, 从而捕捉邻近嵌入像素之间的相互作用; 其次, 提出纹理一致性损失函数, 结合像素级和图像级纹理特征扰动, 通过双重约束机制优化嵌入代价分配, 有效保持载体图像和含密图像之间纹理特征的一致性. 综合实验表明, AATPM在手工设计滤波核和基于卷积神经网络的隐写分析模型上的性能都优于其他相关的隐写算法.
Abstract:Image steganographic algorithm based on generative adversarial networks (GANs) can automatically learn embedding cost functions and enhance security, thus becoming a research hotspot in steganography. However, existing algorithms fail to adequately consider the mutual influence between neighbor-embedded pixels and the damage to image texture features caused by steganographic operations, which limits the security upper bound of these algorithms. To address the above issues, this study proposes an asymmetric cost learning algorithm based on adaptive texture perturbation minimization (AATPM). First, a neighbor-integrated reward correction strategy is designed to capture interactions between neighbor-embedded pixels by generating a reward correction coefficient matrix by considering pixel modifications within image sub-blocks. Second, a texture consistency loss function is proposed, which combines pixel-level and image-level texture feature perturbations to optimize embedding cost allocation through a dual-constraint mechanism, effectively maintaining texture feature consistency between cover and stego images. Comprehensive experiments show that AATPM outperforms other related steganographic algorithms in the performance of both handcrafted filter kernels and CNN-based steganalysis models.
