中文摘要: 在遥感图像中, 建筑物的精准识别对于城市规划和管理至关重要. 然而, 由于城市区域内建筑物的密集分布以及现有方法对边界定位精度的不足, 建筑物的准确检测和区分仍然面临挑战. 为解决这一问题, 本文提出了一种基于交并比(IoU)监督的旋转框建筑物检测方法. 该方法通过设计交并比定位精度监督网络, 有效减弱了复杂场景下邻近建筑物的干扰, 提高了检测框的定位精度. 此外, 采用环形平滑标签来解决因角度周期性变化引发的损失振荡问题. 实验结果表明, 该方法在Building-OBB数据集上达到了93.31%的mAP和95.19%的召回率, 并在DOTA数据集上实现了76.93%的mAP, 充分验证了该方法的有效性.
Abstract:Accurate detection of buildings in urban remote sensing imagery is essential for urban planning and management. However, challenges persist due to the dense distribution of buildings and the limited boundary localization precision of existing methods. To address these issues, this study proposes a rotated bounding box detection method based on intersection-over-union (IoU) supervision. The proposed IoU-based localization accuracy supervision network effectively suppresses interference from adjacent buildings in complex scenes and enhances the localization accuracy of detection boxes. In addition, a circular smooth label strategy is introduced to mitigate loss oscillations caused by the periodic nature of angular variables. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves a mean average precision of 93.31% and a recall of 95.19% on the Building-OBB dataset, and an accuracy of 76.93% on the DOTA dataset, validating its effectiveness.
