中文摘要: 针对基于单图人脸重建, 由于模型复杂训练难度大以及特征提取精度有限导致生成效果不佳的问题, 本研究提出一种以MobileNetV2为基础网络结构的三维人脸重建精度提升方法. 该方法结合三维密集面对齐(3D dense face alignment, 3DDFA)模型, 引入自适应空间特征融合(adaptive spatial feature fusion, ASFF)技术和卷积块注意力模块 (convolutional block attention module, CBAM). 与传统卷积模型对比, 所提方法在减少模型复杂度的同时提升了模型对局部特征的提取精度; 与3DDFA模型对比, 所提方法在不影响识别速度的前提下提升了模型的特征提取精度. 在AFLW数据集和AFLW2000-3D数据集上与3DDFA模型进行了对比实验, 实验结果表明本方法在两个数据集上的重建精度分别提升了11.27%和11.41%.
Abstract:To address the issues of poor generation performance in single-image-based 3D face reconstruction caused by high model complexity, difficult training, and limited feature extraction accuracy, this study proposes a method for improving the accuracy of 3D face reconstruction that uses MobileNetV2 as the base network architecture. This method integrates the 3D dense face alignment (3DDFA) model and incorporates adaptive spatial feature fusion (ASFF) and the convolutional block attention module (CBAM). Compared with traditional convolutional models, the proposed method reduces model complexity while enhancing the accuracy of local feature extraction. In comparison with the 3DDFA model, the proposed method improves feature extraction accuracy without compromising recognition speed. Comparative experiments are conducted between the proposed method and the 3DDFA model on the AFLW dataset and the AFLW2000-3D dataset. Experimental results demonstrate that the reconstruction accuracy on these two datasets is improved by 11.27% and 11.41%, respectively.
